To collect and make available funds for the African Training and Management Services (“ATMS”)  project, a United Nations Development Programme (“UNDP) project  for Enterprise management and capacity building.

To make available – in collaboration with and through AMSCO – management expertise to enterprises   in various African Countries as well as management and training development programmes   within African countries.

To lend or grant monies to the enterprises to enable them enter into management agreements.
