AMSCO's central operational philosophy is to ensure that local successor managers undertake comprehensive management development programmes with the objective of building a well-trained team of local senior executives in each client company, to succeed AMSCO managers.
AMSCO conducts training needs assessments within its client companies and, in collaboration with its clients, custom designs practical, job-orientated management development programmes.
AMSCO's training programmes entail exposure to a comprehensive package of functional and general management development activities - all of which contribute to making an organisation globally competitive and sustainable.
Using funding support provided to the ATMS foundation by donors, ATMS FOUNDATION may subsidise the cost of the training programmes for AMSCO SMEs who cannot afford the full cost.
