AMSCO is committed to the principle that good corporate governance makes commercial sense. AMSCO is therefore committed to promoting and following principles of best practice in all matters related to human rights, business ethics and social responsibility.
To this end, AMSCO encourages its client companies to work towards the implementation of good governance practices in all aspects of their businesses. Beyond the level of the enterprise, AMSCO also works with private sector institutions and business leaders (at national level) to develop Corporate Governance manuals of best practice for selected African countries.
Countries where AMSCO has successfully developed and launched corporate governance manuals of best practice include Ghana, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
