AMSCO Assists Umeme to go Beyond Customer Service

Umeme Limited is Uganda’s main electricity distribution company, distributing 97 percent of all electricity used in the country. Umeme is listed on the Uganda Securities Exchange and cross listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange.

Umeme has partnered with AMSCO to design and deliver a customer service and excellence training programme for its client-facing employees. The different customer service teams include Call Centre Teams, Service Centre Teams, Technical Teams and Supervisors.
